What we access

When you connect your Petpooja account to Batchly, we access:

✓ Your menu items and categories
✓ Your stock levels (closing stock)

We never access

✗ Customer personal data or phone numbers
✗ Payment or billing information
✗ Staff or HR data
✗ Any data outside your Petpooja sales records

How we use your data

Your sales data is used exclusively to:

Detect patterns in what sells and when
Generate your daily prep tips
Calculate your weekly savings

We do not use your data for advertising, benchmarking against other businesses, or any purpose other than generating your tips.

How we protect it

All Petpooja credentials are encrypted using AES-128 encryption before storage
Your data is stored on Railway's secure cloud infrastructure
We never sell or share your data with third parties
Access to your data is restricted to Batchly's systems only

Your rights

You can:

Request a copy of your data at any time
Ask us to delete your account and all associated data
Disconnect your Petpooja account at any time from the app settings
